Please read the following terms of services, (sometimes "Terms of Use") carefully. 

 

Privacy Policy

By using or ordering from this Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use set by The Approval Hub LLC (“The Hub”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) to , including all policies listed below.

All items sold from this site is owned by The Approval Hub LLC. Any unauthorized use of this Site or its content is prohibited. Legal matters will be established.

Service Disclaimer

The Approval Hub and affiliates do not condone or support any misuse, misrepresentation, or illegal activity involving any deliverable --- including by not limited to credit based services or replica documents. All credit based services are strictly intended to teach clients how to manage their credit and should not be used for official or fraudulent purposes. Furthermore, documents are replicas and are created for educational, theatrical, and novelty purposes only. The Approval Hub and affiliated parties are not responsible for any actions taken beyond its intended educational use. We do not provide legal advice.

Fulfillment Policy

The first day of production is the following business day from the date of purchase! (Example: An order placed on Monday goes into production on Tuesday.) Holidays and Weekends are NOT production days.

SAME DAY ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2PM ET! Rush orders submitted after cutoff will be delivered the following day provided all information has been sent to us.

Service turnaround times are a projection and are NOT guaranteed. NO refund will be offered due to extended wait times.

Due to order volume, we do not provide individual order updates for any service; requests for updates will be ignored. Bulk updates are accessible via social media Monday-Friday. All orders are delivered via email.

Bypass Policy:

Replica documents may be compatible with third party verification systems. We only guarantee the ability to upload novelty documents into most third-party systems. We do not guarantee any other outcome after the document is uploaded into a third-party system. No refunds are offered for any reason.

Upon purchasing any digital product, the customer will be given access to the product materials immediately through a download delivered in their email or through our site. Orders must be downloaded before the download link expires. Clients who fail to download their order on time will be charged a $50 retrieval fee for items to be resent. This includes access to the employee payroll portal. Any document that has expired due to this failure will need to be repurchased. The retrieval fee is waived if we sent the download to the wrong address. Client will have lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available and will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

All credit based services and documents issued by The Hub are novelty items and are NOT intended for illicit use. Credit profiles are created with fictitious information and have no affiliation with any persons. We do not condone or participate in any illegal identity practices.

You are solely responsible for any action you take with any item you purchase. The Hub will NOT be held liable for any actions taken by anyone who places an order. The Hub does not provide legal advice, engage in or encourage illegal activities, or guarantee any outcome.

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information you submit. Incomplete information will delay production times. If an error in your submission causes discrepancies with the product/service, you will be required to repurchase. We will correct any mistakes caused by us at no additional charge.

We reserve the right to terminate service if a clients behavior is deemed inappropriate — this includes harassment and threats of any kind. No refund or exchange will be offered under those circumstances.

Shipping Policy

Physical products are processed and shipped in the order received. We're unable to offer updates or an eta until our vendor issues tracking information. Once received, we'll promptly forward it to the client.

The Hub is not responsible for shipping delays or errors in delivery after the item has been shipped.

The client is entitled to one free redelivery if we ship to the wrong address. The client must repurchase if a shipping address needs to be changed after tracking has been sent.

Tradeline Policy

Tradeline availability are subject to change at any time. Lines are added in 5-7 business days, if available; The Hub reserves the right to add tradelines within 1 billing cycle if availability changes. Requests for tradeline posting updates will go unanswered as we are unable to control posting times.

Tradelines are considered posted if they appear on 1 of 3 credit bureaus. You are entitled to 1 FREE replacement line if your line does not post within 2 billing cycles (60 days after the statement date). You must submit a help ticket with the credentials to your credit monitoring account to redeem the offer.

It is your responsibility to use your tradeline when it posts. The Hub will not refund or replace lines if they are not used.

Hands-Free Application Policy

Hands-free applications are defined as any application that is completed by The Approval Hub on behalf of the client. This includes but is not limited to leasing or finance applications.

Cash for keys clients are entitled to 3 applications. Any application thereafter incurs a $50 fee.

Guarantor clients are entitled to 1 application. A $75 processing fee will be due for any application thereafter. The guarantor profile will meet qualification criteria, however, final decisions are made by the underwriter. You will not be entitled to a refund or second application if you are denied.

Hub Learning Center

Access to courses expires three business days after enrollment. A $50 access fee will be due to enroll for an additional three days. NO EXCEPTIONS. To re-enroll, please get in touch with us here.

Refund Policy

Once a product has been purchased, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.

The Hub DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason including — extended turnaround times, dissatisfaction, unfavorable results, or after a service has been rendered.

Store credit or exchanges may be requested if an order has not been fulfilled.

Chargebacks/Fraudulent Dispute Policy

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks initiated by a client will be challenged. This includes, but is not limited to unauthorized charges submitted on behalf of the client. Any fees incurred by The Hub will be billed to the customers account. Unpaid balances will be reported to the appropriate COLLECTION AGENCY.

Clients who chargeback payments or submit a fraudulent dispute will be responsible for paying a non-refundable deposit fee of $150 plus the cost of product and any fees incurred by The Hub to resume services. Clients will not be permitted to pay with a debit or credit card in the event of a chargeback. This includes, but is not limited to unauthorized charges submitted on behalf of the client.

Terms of Operation

We are open Monday-Friday Noon - 5pm ET. We are CLOSED on all calendar holidays. We reserve the right to close operations early at any time.

Customer Support

Customers must submit support requests to the Hubchat. A representative will follow-up as soon as possible but no later than 3 business days.

Due to order volume, we do not provide individual order updates for any service; requests for updates will be ignored.

The Hub does not offer guidance or advice on how to use a product or service after fulfillment.
