Welcome! Please use the Keys Portal to submit application links, request additional documents, and speak with Hub staff.
STEP 1: CONTACT INFORMATION
First, create a brand new email address — it should be generic and should include anyone's name Example, pinklady95@gmail.com
Next, obtain a new phone number — we recommend Sideline, Openphone, or Google Voice. The area code you select does not matter.
Finally, submit that information here:
STEP 2: LEASEHOLDER
Lease approvals will NOT come in your name, unless you choose to add yourself as a secondary leaseholder. In that case, there will be two leaseholders — you and a qualified applicant.
You are responsible for the application and administrative fees for both parties. If you did not add yourself as a leaseholder you will only pay app and admin fees for one person.
Leaseholders, please submit the following information:
Brand new email address — it should include your name. Example, yourname22@gmail.com
New phone number — we recommend Sideline, Openphone, or Google Voice. The area code you select does not matter.
Note: The secondary leaseholder is a brand new credit file that mimics a first time renter and provides you with a new job. It does not include a score. To add a credit score there is an additional $95 fee. Adding a credit score may delay the approval process up to 2 weeks as a score must generate. (Credit scores are not required for approvals)
STEP 3: APPLICATION
Now it’s time to find the rental home or apartment you love. You must know if the leasing community can accommodate your move-in date or accept pets. Applications are typically completed in 2-4 business days.
Once your file is pulled, we will apply to all properties simultaneously. Note: We do not offer updates. Make sure you have enough money to pay your application and administrative fees. After your applications are placed, you will receive a Keys guide with important approval instructions and credentials to access the applications. It is very important to read your keys guide in full as it is your responsibility to respond to leasing agencies. Note: We are unable to expedite processing for any rental company.
CASH FOR KEYS CLIENTS:
You are entitled to 3 applications. You will be required to pay $50 for every app thereafter. An application is considered complete once you receive your keys guide.
You must submit the direct link to apply! DO NOT SEND A GENERIC WEBSITE LINK. You will prolong the application process if the wrong link is sent.

ZILLOW PLACEMENT CLIENTS:
You are allowed to choose ANY rental property that ‘ACCEPTS ZILLOW APPLICATIONS’. You are not limited to the amount of properties you can apply to. You may not choose rentals that do not accept Zillow applications.
We will apply to 7 properties. You will need to wait for a decision from the landlord. (Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a landlord to process your application). If we have not received an approval after 10 business days we will apply to 7 more at no additional charge. A $50 fee will apply if you want to apply to more units during the 7-10 processing period. Note: We are unable to expedite processing for private landlords.
DISCLAIMER: Some property managers may ask us to complete an application outside the Zillow platform. If that occurs, be prepared to pay any app/admin fees they request.
Here’s how to find Zillow Friendly Rentals:
Go to https://www.zillow.com/
Create an account. DO NOT create an account through Apple, FB, or Google.
Type in your desired city in the search bar (DO NOT PRESS SUBMIT)
Select ‘For Rent’ (DO NOT PRESS SUBMIT)
Select 'More'
Under ‘Other Amenities’ select 'ACCEPTS ZILLOW APPLICATIONS'.
Favorite any property you would like to apply to.
Submit the credentials to your Zillow account below:
KEY REQUEST
You may be required to provide extra documentation, such as bank statements or updated pay stubs during the approval process. You may also need to submit new application links or seek assistance with app-related questions. If this occurs, you MUST submit a Key Request by messaging the Help Desk.

Bank Statement Requests - processed in 24 hours
Updated Paystub Requests - processed same-day
New Application Links - processed in 1-2 days

Processing does NOT include weekends as leasing offices are CLOSED, and so are we!
Note: Cash for Keys packages purchased during Holiday Sales do not include FREE bank statements. You must purchase them if requested.
